The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced an adjustment to the arrival time for candidates scheduled for the first session of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

JAMB, in a notice to candidates on Monday, April 13, 2026, stated that the new arrival time for the first session is now 7:00 a.m., replacing the earlier scheduled time of 6:30 a.m.

Despite the change, the board said the examination will still commence at 8:30 a.m. and end at 10:30 a.m. as originally planned.

The examination body clarified that the adjustment only affects the arrival time and does not alter any other details related to the examination.
