No fewer than three persons have been confirmed dead while several others were injured in an accident in the Ketu area of Lagos State.
The accident which happened in the early hours of Wednesday was said to have occurred to a brake failure.
Confirming the incident, the spokesman of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA), Adebayo Taofiq, said a bus rammed into a commercial vehicle after its brake failed.

Taofiq disclosed that the commercial bus, following the collision, rammed into passers-by and some persons at a bus stop in the Ketu area of the state.
He stated that the remains of the deceased have been evacuated, adding that those injured were in the hospital.
