Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has been hospitalised.
Osinbajo underwent surgery in an Abuja hospital on Saturday.
It was learnt that doctors carried out surgical procedure on the vice president’s leg where he sustained injury.

“I have been admitted today at the hospital for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash,” Osinbajo said.
His spokesman, Laolu Akande, earlier said: “VP Osinbajo is in the hospital today for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the leg possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash. His doctors would give an update of the treatment later today.”
