Three supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) were injured on Thursday following an explosion at the party’s rally in Rivers State.
It was gathered that the explosion occurred at the Rumuwoji Playground in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

The incident was confirmed by the APC Publicity Secretary in the state, Darlington Nwauju, noting that the injured persons have been taken to the hospital.
Meanwhile, the Rivers State Police Command has yet to speak on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
