The Court of Appeal, Kano Division, on Friday, declared Sadiq Aminu Wali as the authentic governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
Muhammad Abacha was earlier declared as the PDP governorship candidate in Kano State.
However, the appellate court, in a unanimous judgement on Friday, nullified the judgement of the lower court that affirmed Abacha as the gubernatorial candidate of the main opposition party.
