The operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested no fewer than 14 suspected internet fraudsters at Rumuekini axis of Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
The EFCC Spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren, disclosed this via a statement issued on Saturday, May 6.
Uwujaren said the suspects were arrested during a string operation in Port Harcourt on Friday, May 5.

The suspected internet fraudsters arrested were Okoro Ansalem, Gift Mylius, John Lucky, Sadiq Shaibu, Sadiq Fahid, Benjamin Nnaji, Bestman Daniel, Golden Emmanuel, Dike Collins, David Nnaji, Oscar Mathew, Ofe Goodness, Okoro Gift, and Isaac Abraham Jombo.
The EFCC spokesman listed the items recovered from the suspects to include three cars, laptops, mobile, and electronic devices.
Uwujaren noted that the arrested suspected internet fraudsters would be charged to court upon the conclusion of investigations.
