Grammy Award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has lost his mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun.
It was gathered that Balogun died in the early hours of Friday, August 18, 2023.
The demise of Wizkid’s mother was confirmed by his manager, Sunday Are.

“Yes, she died this morning, at about 1.30 am,” Are told Punch.
The late Balogun is also the mother to two other children, Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun.
Meanwhile, the famous singer has yet to speak on his mother’s death as of the time of filing this report.
