A pastor, Alex Itedjere, has been arrested for allegedly killing a young girl in the Agbarha-Otor community, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
It was gathered that the middle-aged pastor killed the girl with a machete in the early hours of Friday, September 22, 2023.
A resident of Agbarha-Otor disclosed that the lifeless body of the victim was discovered in the pastor’s house in the community on Friday.

However, the reasons behind the incident could not be immediately ascertained.

Meanwhile, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, has yet to speak on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
