The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of Governor Nasir Idris of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the March 18 gubernatorial election in Kebbi State.
Delivering judgement on Friday, January 19, 2024, Justice Uwani Abba-Aji dismissed the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against the governor for lacking merit.
