Gunmen have killed three police officers at Achi in Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu State.

It was gathered that the incident occurred ear the Ozudaa Market checkpoint in Achi in the early hours of Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
The gunmen were said to have ambushed the policemen and opened fire on the officers at close range.

Although details of the incident remain sketchy, a video circulating on social media shows the lifeless bodies of the policemen at the scene.
The Enugu State Command has yet to speak on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
