A Nigerian man has slumped and died during his wife’s 60th birthday celebration.
A video of the incident shared on X (formerly Twitter) shows the couple in high spirits, celebrating the milestone occasion.
The man, seen holding a microphone, was singing praises while his wife joyfully danced beside him.

However, the mood took a sudden and devastating turn as the man unexpectedly collapsed to the ground mid-performance.

It was learnt that people at the scene rushed to his aid, but the man was said to have passed away shortly after.
