Coach Nancy, the Managing Director of EeZee Conceptz Limited, has confirmed that reconciliation talks are underway to resolve the ongoing royalty dispute between gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her former label boss, Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu, popularly known as EeZee Tee.

In a statement posted on her Instagram page, Coach Nancy—whose real name is Nancy Nnadi—expressed optimism about the peace efforts, which are being led by prominent Christian leaders referred to as the “Fathers of Faith.” She also publicly retracted previous allegations made against Chinwo.

“On the advice of my lawyer, and for the sake of peace and the love of God, I retract my earlier post about Minister Mercy Chinwo,” she wrote. “I also pray that Almighty God perfects the ongoing settlement process being facilitated by the Fathers of Faith between her and EeZee Conceptz.”

The statement marks a significant development in a months-long legal battle. In January 2025, Chinwo filed a lawsuit against EeZee Tee, accusing him of diverting $345,000 in music royalties—two years after their professional split in 2023 due to financial disagreements.

While the case was ongoing, Coach Nancy reignited controversy by publicly accusing Chinwo of financial misconduct, prompting Chinwo to sue her for defamation and demand a public apology.
