Dr. Paul Enenche, Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, has issued a powerful warning against those he calls “agents of the devil” working to destabilize Nigeria.
In a video originally recorded during a July 2018 sermon and shared on his official X account on Monday, Enenche declared:
“There are agents of the devil in this nation who desire to keep our country in sorrow — some even hiding in positions of power and within the security forces.
“But today, by the mantle of Elijah, I make demands and decree: they shall be buried!”
He continued, addressing jihadists and conspirators: “No matter where you came from or where your conspiracy was hatched — you came too late! We shall see the end of you; you shall not see the end of Nigeria! You shall not see the end of Christianity; we shall see the end of you!”
Enenche’s statements come amid heightened global attention on religious violence in Nigeria.
U.S. President Donald Trump recently warned of possible military intervention against Islamic terrorists and threatened to halt all aid if the persecution of Christians continues.
Reacting to the situation, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, urged President Bola Tinubu to give service chiefs a strict three-month deadline to eliminate terrorists and their financiers.
Adeboye warned that failure to act should result in the resignation of responsible officials.
