Popular TikTok influencer Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has appealed to his fans and followers for financial help to fix his luxury Mercedes-Benz SUV, which was badly damaged in a road accident.
Peller made the appeal during a recent live session on TikTok, revealing that mechanics quoted ₦11 million for the repairs — a cost he says he cannot easily cover on his own.
He said the expensive repair bill is the reason the vehicle has remained unrepaired since the crash in December 2025, an incident that also left him hospitalised and attracted widespread attention online.
Explaining his request to supporters, Peller described the accident as having taken a toll on him both mentally and financially, and asked anyone willing to help to contribute towards getting the SUV back on the road.
The crash, which occurred along the Lekki-Epe Expressway during a livestream, prompted reactions from fans and authorities.
The Federal Road Safety Corps and Lagos police have said they may prosecute him for reckless and distracted driving in connection with the incident.
