Governor Uba Sani has received commendation for completing and commissioning the 23-kilometre road connecting Madauchi to Kafanchan via Madakiya in southern Kaduna State.
Samuel Atung (SAN), Principal Partner of Gatekeepers Consult and Walin Moro’a, described the road as a strategic development for Southern Kaduna.
He noted that it links multiple communities in the Bajju Chiefdom and provides a vital alternative route to the Zonkwa–Samaru–Kagoro axis.
Speaking at ECWA Gospel Church, Majelisa Street, Television, Kaduna, Atung highlighted that the new road has boosted local commerce by significantly reducing travel time between Kafanchan and Zonkwa.
He also appealed to the Governor to prioritize the rehabilitation of the Kafanchan–Kwoi road, citing its strategic importance to the region.
Dr. Abraham H. Gaga, President of the Kaduna State Council of The Boys’ Brigade, Nigeria, also praised Governor Uba Sani for his empathy and commitment to the welfare of the people.
He described the current administration as unprecedented in its responsiveness, saying, “We are not taking this for granted. We appreciate him.”
