The Founder and General Overseer of All Christians Fellowship Mission (ACFM) and former Chaplain of the Aso Villa Chapel, Rev. William Okoye, is dead.
Okoye’s demise was confirmed via a statement issued by Rev. Godwin Tsee on behalf of the Board of Trustees and National Executive Council of the mission on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Tsee, who disclosed that Okoye died on Wednesday, described the former Aso Villa Chaplain as a faithful servant of God who dedicated his life to the service of humanity.
He said Okoye, who served as Chaplain of the Aso Villa Chapel during the administrations of former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan, contributed significantly to the growth of the church and Christian ministry.

Tsee urged members of ACFM and the wider Christian community to remain steadfast in faith, united in love and prayer following the death of its founder.
Tsee stated that the leadership of the mission was consulting with Okoye’s family on arrangements to honour him, adding that details of the funeral and burial ceremonies would be communicated through the official channels of the mission.
The deceased is survived by children.
