Nollywood actress Uche Jombo has amused football fans after sharing a light-hearted exchange with her son over Lionel Messi.
In a social media post, the actress revealed that her son believes the current version of the Argentina captain is the greatest, prompting her to explain that Messi was even more extraordinary during his peak years.
Jombo said she attempted to convince him by showing videos of some of Messi’s most iconic performances, including the famous “Ankara Messi” goal, but her son jokingly dismissed the clips as artificial intelligence-generated.

She added that many younger football fans may never fully appreciate just how dominant Messi was in his prime, describing those years as some of the greatest ever witnessed in football.
