The Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc has approved the group’s audited interim financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026.
The approval was granted at a board meeting held on August 27, according to a statement issued by the company on Friday.
The audited consolidated and separate financial statements will now be submitted for the required regulatory approvals, including clearance from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Access Holdings said it would publish the financial statements on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) following the CBN’s approval, making the results available to shareholders, investors and other stakeholders through its established communication channels.
The company said the process reflected its commitment to corporate governance, regulatory compliance and transparent communication with stakeholders.
Meanwhile, Access Holdings said it would remain in a closed period until 24 hours after the audited financial statements are made public, in line with the NGX Issuers’ Rules.
During the period, directors, insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly trading in Access Holdings’ securities.
