The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, has lost his polling unit, Angwarimi Ward in Keffi, Nasarawa State, to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the governorship election in the state.
APC polled 129 votes in Adamu’s polling, while PDP garnered 159 votes on Saturday.
The APC chairman lost his polling unit to Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) during the February 25 presidential election.
Obi won in the polling unit with 132 votes while Bola Tinubu of the APC came second with 85 votes.
