The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed the screening of the presidential aspirants of the party.
The screening was earlier slated for Monday, May 23, 2022.
However, the ruling party, in a statement issued and made available to The Star on Sunday by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, said the exercise has been postponed.
The statement was titled, ‘Notice of postponement of APC presidential screening exercise’.
The APC spokesperson stated that a new date for the exercise would be announced in due course.

The statement read: “The screening exercise for Presidential Aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) earlier scheduled to be held on Monday, May 23rd, 2022, is hereby postponed.
“A new date for the exercise will be announced shortly.
“Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.”
