Burna Boy crashes N253m Ferrari

Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu, widely known as Burna Boy, has crashed his new Ferrari after he was involved in an accident.

This is coming barely a month after the self-acclaimed African Giant announced the purchase of the new car.

Confirming the accident via his Instagram story, Burna Boy said he had a “bad accident”, adding that he was fine.

The Afrobeat singer, however, lamented that everyone at the scene of the accident took out their phone to record him instead of helping him during the incident.

He added that his late friend, Gambo, whom he eulogised earlier on his status, “got” him.

Burna Boy wrote: “Yes it’s true. I had a bad accident in my Ferrari today. My leg just hurts a little, but I’m fine.

“It is funny how everyone came out with their phones recording me instead of helping out (I guess they were too excited to see me regardless of the situation lol) but I love you all. Gambo got me.”

It would be recalled that the three-time Grammy nominated singer, on January 5, 2022, announced the purchase of the 2022 Lamborghini Urus Novitec Edition.

The car, according to Carmart, is worth ₦253,946,000 excluding shipping and customs fees.
