CAN pledges prayers, support for Gov Uba Sani

The Kaduna State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has reaffirmed its support for Governor Uba Sani, pledging continuous prayers for his administration as he steers the affairs of the state.

In a letter dated August 18, 2025, and signed by its chairman, Rev. (Dr.) Caleb Maáji Bawa, CAN described the governor’s leadership as vital to fostering peace, unity, and development in Kaduna.

“We pledge to stand with you in prayers as you navigate the challenges of governance,” the association stated, while assuring that it will continue to partner with the government in advancing peace and development across the state.

The letter commended Governor Sani’s efforts to improve the lives of Kaduna citizens, expressing confidence that the state would witness “unprecedented growth and prosperity under your watch.”

CAN also lauded the governor for approving the rehabilitation of key roads, including PAN Drive–Television Garage–Sabo, Samrada–Romi–Karatudu–Gonin Gora, and Nasarawa–UNTL–Zenith Bank roads.

“The gesture is a clear demonstration of your administration’s commitment to providing infrastructure that enhances the quality of life for all residents of Kaduna State,” the statement added.
