Scores of Nigerian celebrities and fans of famous singer, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, on Monday, took to social media to felicitate the Afrobeats star on his 30th birthday.
Davido, who recently lost his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, was born on November 21, 1992, to billionaire businessman, Adedeji Adeleke.
Davido’s logistics manager, Isreal Afeare, fondly called Isreal DMW, took to his Instagram page on Monday, and shared a video of himself and the popular musician in Ede, Osun State.
“Happy 30th birthday, Sir. The Lord would continue to be your strength, Amen,” Isreal DMW captioned the video.
On his part, the singer’s close ally and popular socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, stated: “Happy Birthday Bestie mi. On this 30th floor you shall know no sorrow all you shall feel is peace, love, joy and prosperity. God has sworn to bless, protect, guide and wipe your sorrow. I love you so much bestie mi.”
Also felicitating Davido via his Instagram page, a popular businessman and socialite, Obi Cubana, urged youths in the country to pray for the ‘Aye’ crooner.

“Dear Youth!! Today let’s wish OBO a happy 30th birthday. Let’s pray that his infectious smile returns immediately.
“Let’s pray that God restores all he has lost and add plenty more to him. OBO is a happy soul, he doesn’t deserve anything less than pure love and happiness! Happy birthday, King,” Obi Cubana wrote.
Taking to his Twitter account, a former Senate President and ex-Kwara State Governor, Bukola Saraki, stated: “David, watching how you have carved out your unique niche and inspired a new generation with your work in the entertainment industry has been extremely impressive. As you celebrate another year today, I pray that the Almighty will continue to bless you.”
Many fans of the award-winning singer also celebrated him on Twitter under the hashtag, #DavidoAt30.
