An Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court has ordered the remand of three men accused of defiling a 16-year-old girl in the Aradagun area of Badagry, Lagos.
The defendants—Owhe Oghenero, Kingsley Oni, and Olorunwa Abina—were arraigned by the Lagos State Government on a single count of defilement. They all pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Presiding Judge, Justice Rahman Oshodi, ordered that the trio be held at the Ikoyi Custodial Centre, where they are currently being detained, and adjourned the case until October 27 for the commencement of trial.
During the proceedings, state counsel Bukola Okeowo informed the court that the alleged offence took place sometime in 2023.
