The operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested no fewer than 45 suspected internet fraudsters in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
The EFCC disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
The anti-graft agency said the suspected internet fraudsters were arrested on Monday, March 11, following intelligence on the activities of an Organised Cybercrime Syndicate Network (OCSN) operating in the Ikorodu area of Lagos.

It listed items recovered from the suspects to include exotic vehicles, sophisticated mobile devices, and laptops.
The EFCC added that the suspected internet fraudsters would be arraigned in court upon the conclusion of investigations.
