Arsenal produced a dramatic late comeback to beat Newcastle 2-1 in a thrilling Premier League clash on Sunday.
The visitors looked set for victory after Woltemade’s first-half strike gave Newcastle a deserved lead heading into the break.
The Magpies defended resolutely for much of the second half, frustrating Mikel Arteta’s men and threatening to claim all three points at St James’ Park.
But Arsenal found a way back into the game late on. Mikel Merino levelled the score in the 84th minute with a well-placed effort, sparking a frantic finale.
