The Federal Government has appointed the former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, as the Chairman of the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Ganduje, who recently resigned as the APC national chairman, was unveiled as the FAAN board chairman by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo.
The unveiling of the former governor of Kano State was disclosed via a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the minister’s Special Adviser on Digital Media, Gbenga Saka, on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
“Ongoing: Inauguration of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria Board, with His Excellency Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje serving as Chairman of the Board,” Saka captioned the video.
