Glo unveils new outlet to boost service in Ogbomoso

Globacom has opened a new retail outlet in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, to enhance customer experience and provide easier access to its products and services.

Globacom’s Retail Sales Chief in charge of Oyo Division, Ikechukwu Onuekwusi, said the new centre is part of the company’s efforts to create more platforms for customers to access its wide range of products and services.

“Our approach to customer service is underpinned by innovation and total inclusiveness. This is why we are consistently seeking more channels to make available our services to them,” Onuekwusi said on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

Onuekwusi who stated that the new centre is equipped to stock affordable devices, smartphones, and accessories, assured customers in the area of excellent services.

“We assure customers in Ogbomoso town and its environs of quick and satisfactory resolutions of all issues ranging from SIM replacement and registration to recovery of over-scratched cards, refilling, unblocking of phones and laptop configurations for internet services, among other services,” he added.

FG to launch e-visa, digital cards

The Chairman of Ogbomoso South Local Government, Timothy Oyedokun, commended Globacom for its commitment to serving Nigerians.

Oyedokun lauded the company for being a proud Nigerian brand that consistently brings relief to the people.

Also speaking at the event, the Secretary of Ogbomosho North Local Government, Olufunke Olaniyi, expressed her appreciation for Globacom’s services and urged residents to patronise the company’s products and services.

Olaniyi stated: “I want to encourage all our sons and daughters to buy Glo SIM because this network belongs to us.

“Now that Gloworld is with us, we must show the company we appreciation by patronising its products and services.”
