I won’t advise the newlyweds — Frank Edoho at Peller, Jarvis’ wedding

Veteran television host, Frank Edoho, has declined to offer marriage advice to newlyweds Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis.

Edoho made the remark on Saturday while attending the couple’s wedding ceremony, which attracted several personalities from Nigeria’s entertainment industry.

The former Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Nigeria host was approached at the event and asked to share some advice with the newlyweds.

Rather than offer counsel on marriage, Edoho said he would simply wish the couple well, joking that he was not qualified to advise them on the subject.

“You’re asking me, who knows nothing about marriage, to advise the couple? I am going to give my wishes instead,” he said.

He then wished Peller a fulfilling marriage, saying, “I wish Peller the happiest of life, the best of blessings and the utmost of peace.”

His response has generated reactions online, with many linking his comments to his own experiences with marriage.

Edoho has been married twice, with his most recent marriage to Sandra ending in a highly publicised separation.

The television presenter had previously made allegations of infidelity against his former wife, including claims involving singer Chike.

Despite his decision to avoid giving marriage advice, Edoho joined other guests in celebrating Peller and Jarvis as they began their life together as a married couple.
