‘I’ll use every means to find you’: Rudeboy threatens to sue X user over rape allegation

Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy of the P-Square duo, has threatened to sue a social media user who accused him of sexually assaulting a domestic worker.

The allegation surfaced on Tuesday following Okoye’s birthday post to his 25-year-old wife, Ivy Ifeoma, which sparked online debates over their 18-year age gap.

In the midst of the discussions, an X user with the handle @chubbiedivan alleged that during Rudeboy’s previous marriage to Anita, the singer “raped/coerced their domestic help,” claiming she was too young to consent.

The user also alleged that Rudeboy sent his ex-wife and her sister out of the house after the incident.

The claim quickly gained traction, drawing widespread reactions and tags directed at the singer. The account behind the accusation has since been deactivated.

Reacting via X, Rudeboy issued a strong rebuttal and vowed to pursue legal action.

He wrote: “I hardly reply !!! But you see this one !!! @chubbiedivah if you like go private, leave X !! I will find you, I will use every necessary means, power, resources and money !!!

“You will face the law, I will use you to set an example!! (scapegoat )… your only way out is to leave the surface of this earth and relocate to space .. to everyone that brought my attention to her tweet … thank you 🙏🏾”
