Leicester agree fee for Ndidi transfer as Sesko agrees to join Manchester United

Leicester City have agreed a fee with Besiktas for Wilfred Ndidi, worth around £8.5 million.

Ndidi has attracted interest from a number of clubs in the Premier League and Europe, including Everton, Fenerbahce, and two clubs in the Bundesliga, after his buy-out clause was reduced following Leicester’s relegation.

But Besiktas manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has convinced the midfielder his future lies in Turkey.

Plans are now in place for Ndidi to fly to Istanbul in the next 24hours to undergo a medical.

Ipswich Town are closing in on the signing of Ajax striker Chuba Akpom.

Evann Guessand has been left out of the Nice squad for their Champions League qualifier against Benfica tonight. It comes as Aston Villa have agreed a deal for the striker.

Raheem Sterling is believed to have caught the interest of three Premier League clubs – Fulham, Crystal Palace, and West Ham.

Transfer: Besiktas to pay Ndidi’s release clause as AC Milan move for Liverpool’s Nunez

LAFC are set to hold a news conference at 10 p.m. tonight (2 p.m. local time) when it is expected they will officially announce Heung-min Son’s arrival from Tottenham.

Talks between Manchester United and RB Leipzig are advancing over the signing of striker Benjamin Sesko. There is no full agreement yet, but discussions are heading in a positive direction, according to Sky Sports.

However, Fabrizio Romano reported that Sesko has reached an agreement with United on personal terms.

Alexander Isak is in limbo, with the Newcastle striker fearing that Benjamin Sesko could scupper his dream move to Liverpool.

Manchester United and Newcastle have earmarked Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson as a contingency plan if they miss out on Sesko.

Darwin Nunez is expected to be involved in the Community Shield game at Wembley on Sunday – as things stand – amid interest from AC Milan and Al Hilal.
