Manchester City have completed the signing of Wolves left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri in a deal worth £31 million.
The 24-year-old Algeria international has signed a contract with the Premier League champions until 2030.
Ait-Nouri will be eligible to play in the upcoming Club World Cup, where City begin their campaign against Moroccan side Wydad AC on June 18.
The defender joined Wolves permanently from French side Angers in 2021 for £14.9 million, following an initial loan spell.

He played a key role in Wolves’ survival last season, making 41 appearances across all competitions, scoring five goals and providing seven assists.
He becomes Wolves’ second major exit of the summer, following Matheus Cunha’s impending £62.5 million move to Manchester United.
Ait-Nouri’s arrival continues City’s active transfer window, with the club already agreeing a £46.3 million deal for AC Milan midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, on top of the £200 million spent in January.
Speaking about his move, Ait-Nouri said: “City are one of the biggest clubs in the world and the chance to play here is a dream come true.
I’m excited to learn from Pep Guardiola and train with such a world-class squad.”
City are also in discussions to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli.
The 33-year-old, who has served as third-choice at Stamford Bridge, is expected to join before Tuesday’s transfer deadline.
Meanwhile, veteran keeper Scott Carson will leave Manchester City at the end of the month when his contract expires.
