My Eko Atlantic land of N4bn now worth N8bn — Davido

Afrobeats star Davido has begun construction of a luxury multi-billion-naira mansion in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos State.

The singer disclosed this during a recent visit to the project site, revealing that he acquired the land in January 2024 for about N4 billion.

He added that the property has already appreciated significantly, with its estimated value now around N8 billion.

The upcoming four-storey residence is designed as a family-focused luxury home.

According to Davido, each floor will be allocated to different members of his household, including himself, his wife Chioma Rowland, and their children, to ensure privacy and comfort.

The project is located within Eko Atlantic City, one of Lagos’ most exclusive coastal developments, known for high-end residential and commercial properties.
