Naira trades N1,675/$ at official market

The naira depreciated at the official market on Monday, November 25, 2024, trading at N1,675.62 against the dollar.

Data from the official trading platform of the FMDQ Exchange revealed that the naira lost N23.

This represents a 1.39 per cent loss when compared to the previous trading date on Friday, November 22, when it exchanged at N1,652.62 to a dollar.

Banks, others raise N2.7trn via rights, public issuance

The total daily turnover also reduced to $108.79 million on Monday down from $243.05 million recorded on Friday.

At the Investors and Exporters (I&E) window, the naira traded between N1,710 and N1,650 against the dollar.
