Napoli are set to appoint former Chelsea and Tottenham manager Antonio Conte as the new head coach of the Serie A side.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed this on X on Friday.
Romano noted that Conte, former Juventus manager, will sign a contract valid until June 2027 with Napoli.
He tweeted: “Antonio Conte as new Napoli head coach, here we go!
“Agreement reached on every detail also including add-ons, after fixed salary, image rights and staff members.
“Conte will sign the contract valid until June 2027, documents approved.

Conte has been without a managerial job after Tottenham parted ways with him in March 2023.
Conte left Spurs after the Italian hit out at his players as “selfish” and not wanting to play “under pressure”.
The criticism arose after the players threw away a 3-1 lead to a 3-3 draw with rock-bottom Southampton.
Sours were then dumped out of both the FA Cup and the Champions League to leave them without a trophy for another season stretching back to 2008.
They suffered exit to AC Milan in the Champions League earlier in March, after Championship side Sheffield United knocked them out of the FA Cup at the start of the month.
Conte, who had won league titles with former clubs Chelsea, Juventus, and Inter Milan, was appointed in November 2021 after Spurs sacked Nuno Espirito Santo.
