The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has won Saturday’s presidential election in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Obi polled 281,717 votes to defeat Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who garnered 90,902 votes.
Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came a distant third with 74,199 votes, while Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) scored 13,247 votes to occupy the fourth position.
