The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved the establishment of Abubakar Abdulsalami University of Agriculture and Climate Action at Mokwa in Niger State
This becomes the 65th state university and 277th university in Nigeria.
The certificate of recognition was presented to Niger State Governor Umar Bago by the Pro-Chancellor of Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna, Prof. Muhammad Kuta-Yahaya in Minna, the state capital, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
