The Oyo State Police Command has begun analysing the viral video of the abducted students and principal of the Community School in Orire Local Government Area of the state.
It would be recalled that gunmen on Friday invaded Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State and attacked Baptist Nursery and Primary School, Yawota, Community Grammar School, and L.A Primary School, Ahoro Esinele, where some pupils, students, teachers, and the Vice Principal, Alamu Folawe, were abducted.
An Assistant Headmaster identified as Adesiyan and one commercial motorcyle rider, who reportedly resisted attempts by the gunmen to forcefully take his motorcycle, were killed in the attack.
However, a video of the vice principal released on online by the kidnappers surfaced online on Sunday calling on the federal government and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde to come to their aid.

He assured the residents of Oyo State of the police’s unwavering commitment towards ensuring the safe return of all abducted persons to their families.
“To this end, intensive operational, intelligence-driven, and tactical efforts in collaboration with other security agencies are ongoing to secure the victims unharmed and bring all those responsible to justice,” Olayinka said.
