This was the decision of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the opposition party as announced on Friday, February 10.
Three other allies of Fayose were also expelled.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, in a statement on Friday, stated that the meeting “approved the expulsion of the following individuals from the Party for anti-Party activities and other grave offences in violation of the Constitution of the PDP (as amended in 2017)
