Popular Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has taken delivery of documents to a N400 million mansion following a promise made to him around his wedding to fellow content creator Jarvis.
The development marks a major follow-up to the wedding period, when Peller and Jarvis were gifted a N150 million plot of land in Abuja by Promiseland Estate.
Months later, billionaire Ochacho and businessman Soso Soberekon presented Peller with documents to the newly acquired property in the presence of his lawyers.
A receipt showing the N400 million payment for the property was also presented during the handover.
The property, described as a semi-detached duplex with a boys’ quarters and penthouse, is expected to be completed within 60 days.
The presentation was witnessed by Peller’s lawyers, while popular content creator “Lekki Street Boy” was also present.
The development comes after the wedding celebrations of Peller and Jarvis, which attracted significant attention online and featured several high-profile gifts and gestures from prominent Nigerians.
The latest property deal further adds to the couple’s growing list of wedding-related gifts, while Peller’s receipt of the property documents signals the fulfilment of another major promise made around the period of their marriage.
For Peller, what began as a wedding celebration and a promise of a new home has now moved closer to reality, with the N400 million property expected to be ready in the coming weeks.
