PHOTOS: Peter Obi visits Gumi in Kaduna

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has visited a controversial Islamic cleric, Sheikh Gumi, in Kaduna State.

Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, disclosed his meeting with Gumi via a tweet on his verified Twitter handle on Monday.

The LP presidential candidate visited the Islamic cleric alongside his running mate Datti Baba-Ahmed.

Sharing pictures from the visit, Obi wrote: “Dr Datti Baba-Ahmed and I stopped by for a courtesy call on Sheikh Gumi at his official residence in Kaduna.”
