An Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Abdullahi Garba, has stabbed his colleague, ASP Shu’aibu Sani-Malunfashi, to death in Kebbi State.

The Kebbi State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Nafi’u Abubakar, disclosed this via a statement issued on Thursday.

Abubakar stated that the incident occurred on October 19 after Garba, the officer-in-charge of Sauwa Police Outpost, had an altercation with Sani-Malunfashi, a Divisional Crime Officer II, with the Argungu Divisional Police Headquarters.

“As a result of that, they engaged in a physical combat in front of ASP Abdullahi Garba’s shop.
