Regina Daniels opens up on heartbreak of being separated from her children

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has shared an emotional video with her children on Instagram, expressing the pain of being apart from them amid ongoing marital tensions with her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

In the video call, she presented her sons, Prince Munir Nwoko (Moon) and Prince Khalifa Nwoko (Kharly), with gifts including toys, clothes, and shoes. One of her children pleaded, “Mama, come back,” to which she responded, “I will come soon, OK.”

They also told her, “Take care of us and yourself… I love you.”

Reflecting on her experience, Daniels wrote in the caption, “People may believe that I am happy, but no mother can be at peace while separated from her children.

“I chose not to allow that pain to define or imprison me, which is why it took time for me to walk away.”

She also addressed her husband’s public posts showing their children, suggesting that they might be more about public display than parental responsibility.

Daniels revealed that her last interaction with her children was in mid-November, and reaffirmed her commitment and love as a mother:

“I may be young, but I am such a mum, I enjoy being a mum, and I miss being a mum.

“It’s so crazy if their father thinks I won’t come for my children.

“I will definitely see my kids soon!”
