A man allegedly practicing sorcery has been arrested in Anambra State after admitting to purchasing used underwear from women for occult purposes.
The suspect, identified as Anagbo Emeka from Umugbo in Ayamelum Local Government Area, was reportedly apprehended by youths in the Echara neighborhood of Awka North.
A video shared on Facebook by Dr. Uche Nworah shows Emeka publicly confessing to his actions.
He stated, “I made an agreement with her to sell me used underwear.
“She brought them to me, but later reported me. This was my mistake.”
Emeka also revealed that he had arrangements with a sex worker who regularly supplied him with used underwear from brothels, but she later broke the agreement and exposed their secret.
He admitted that the underwear was essential for his occult practices.
“I use the underwear for rituals, witchcraft, disputes, land conflicts, and even police cases,” he said.
