‘There’s a problem’: Doris Ogala reacts to Pastor Okafor’s apology

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has reacted to the public apology tendered to her by the founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministries, also known as Grace Nation Liberation City, Pastor Chris Okafor.

Okafor had, during a live broadcast on Sunday, December 28, 2025, apologised to Ogala and offered to make restitution following their widely publicised dispute.

The cleric acknowledged that mistakes had been made but denied the allegations levelled against him.

“I am sorry to everyone I have offended, including Doris Ogala. I am ready to make restitution,” he said.

Reacting to the apology via a post on Instagram, the actress said she had forgiven Okafor but rejected the pastor’s claim that everything said about him was a lie.

“Chris Okafor I forgive you but there’s a problem. Where you said everything is a lie. I have a problem with that because I don’t lie,” she wrote.

Shortly after, Ogala made another post clarifying her position.

The actress urged the cleric not to kneel again and confirmed that she had accepted his apology

“Chris Okafor please don’t kneel. This was all I wanted. Apology accepted,” Ogala stated.
