President Bola Tinubu on Monday received Taraba State Governor Kefas Agbu at the State House, Abuja.
Agbu arrived around 1:30 p.m. and was led to the President’s office by APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, for a meeting that began at about 2 p.m.
The visit is Agbu’s first official engagement with President Tinubu since his recent defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The governor had earlier planned to attend an APC welcome event on November 19 but shifted the engagement due to the abduction of schoolgirls in Kebbi State.
