Nollywood actress-turned-evangelist Tonto Dikeh has launched an interdenominational prayer ministry, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT), in Abuja.

Dikeh announced the development on her Instagram page on Sunday night, describing NWPT as an “interdenominational altar, spiritual home and global movement of consecrated believers”.

She described the ministry as a centre for prayer, revival, spiritual training and the awakening of consecrated believers.

The actress noted that the movement was inspired by biblical teachings on new wine and focused on spiritual transformation, spiritual growth and apostolic training.

She said the ministry would provide a platform for believers seeking spiritual growth and deeper engagement with prayer, revival and Christian training.

Outlining its vision, Dikeh said the ministry aimed “to see a global awakening of consecrated believers operating in the raw power, purity, and presence of God transforming nations and establishing the Kingdom of Christ on Earth.

She added that the NWPT holds weekly fellowship every Friday at 6:00 p.m. in Abuja.

The launch follows Dikeh’s recent public involvement in Christian evangelism, preaching and other faith-based activities.
