Burnley have completed the signing of Manchester City defender Kyle Walker in a deal worth up to £5 million, while Chelsea are expecting an offer from Arsenal for Noni Madueke.
Walker has signed a two-year deal at the newly promoted Premier League club after he had entered the final year of his City contract.
Chelsea have signed Borussia Dortmund forward Jamie Gittens in a deal worth £51.5 million on a seven-year contract.
Nottingham Forest have signed Igor Jesus from Botafogo.
Manchester United have completed the signing of teenage defender Diego Leon in a deal worth up to £7 million.
Sunderland are in advanced talks with Club Brugge over the signing of winger Chemsdine Talbi, Sky Sports reported.
Brighton have signed left-back Maxim De Cuyper from Club Brugge for £17.3 million.

Sheffield United midfielder Vini Souza has joined Wolfsburg for an undisclosed fee.
Rangers have signed attacking midfielder Thelo Aasgaard from Luton in a deal worth around £3.5 million.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are expecting an offer from Arsenal for Noni Madueke.
The 23-year-old winger is emerging as a top target for Arsenal.
The Gunners have looked at a number of players in the forward positions, including Real Madrid’s Rodrygo. It is understood they have kept an eye on Madueke’s development. There has not been any club-to-club contact yet.
Chelsea signed Madueke from PSV Eindhoven for £29 million in January 2023. He has five years left on his contract.
