Transfer: Galatasaray reject Napoli new conditions for Osimhen deal as Arsenal agree deal to sign Mosquera

Galatasaray have rejected the new conditions set by Napoli for the deal on Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen.

Napoli asked for €40 million plus €35 million to be paid by 2026 plus sell-on clause.

Galatasaray want to pay €35 million by 2027 and refuse to include sell-on clause, football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed.

Newcastle have stepped up their interest in long-term striker target Hugo Ekitike.

The gap between Manchester United and Brentford on their valuation of Bryan Mbeumo remains considerable. There have been no significant developments over the past couple of weeks, and a deal is still not imminent, but talks continue as United work to complete a move for the Cameroon forward.

Juventus are expected to make a formal offer today to Porto for Francisco Conceicao.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have agreed a deal with Valencia worth an initial £13 million plus add-ons for defender Cristhian Mosquera.

Personal terms on a five-year deal have also been agreed in principle.

Mosquera is expected to fly into the UK in the next 24 hours for a medical and to finalise the move, Sky Sports reported.

Arsenal are hopeful all will be sorted in time for Mosquera to be part of the squad that flies out to Asia for the club’s pre-season tour on Saturday.
