Transfer: Inter increase Lukaku bid, West Ham await Arsenal’s lawyers for Rice deal

Inter Milan are preparing to increase their bid for the Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, with the Belgium international keen on an exit this week.

Newcastle United could sell Allan Saint-Maximin this summer to help fund a bid for Leicester City’s Harvey Barnes.

West Ham are ready to sign the contracts for Declan Rice to become an Arsenal player. The Hammers are waiting for Arsenal’s lawyers to approve the final wording of the deal and, once that is done, they will sign and Rice will complete his move to north London.
